Disney Accounting and Finance Rotation Program

The Accounting and Finance Rotation Program (AFRP) is a full-time, entry-level program designed to provide students and recent graduates an enterprise-wide learning experience within the controllership and financial planning department.

AFRP analysts will participate in four distinct six-month rotations designed to build key skills needed to succeed at Disney. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be considered for full-time placement within the finance and accounting organizations at The Walt Disney Company.

Each rotation will be in one of the following areas of expertise:

Transactional/Operational Accounting

Financial Reporting

Audit & Compliance

Finance

AFRP Candidate Qualifications

Students with the following qualifications should apply to the Disney Accounting and Finance Rotation Program:

Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university
Must be pursuing a degree in accounting, finance or related
Able to begin full time employment by one of the program start dates in February or August
Meet all qualifications to sit for the CPA exam prior to starting the program
Interest in becoming a licensed CPA and currently working toward the requirements

A New Introduction to Disney

Aundrea is a former participant of the Accounting and Finance Rotation Program. In her first of four rotations, she supported Disney General Entertainment controllership.
