Frequently Asked Questions

Cultural Representative Program (CRP) participants have the opportunity to share the unique culture and customs of their country with guests and cast, while working in a front-line, guest-facing role. The program takes place in a setting that encourages sharing of their culture and interactions with guests from around the world.

To qualify for this program, applicants must "authentically represent" one of the countries or regions represented at a Walt Disney World theme park or resort.
  • To be considered culturally authentic, you must have spent your formative years in the country you wish to represent. Formative years include periods of childhood and adolescence during which social, emotional and physical development occurs.

At this time, only the programs listed on the Disney Programs website are available. Each program has specific eligibility requirements, which are outlined in the corresponding job posting.
Although Disney may not currently be recruiting in your country, you may still be eligible to apply for other opportunities within The Walt Disney Company. Explore additional roles here.

You may have received a general message from the Disney International Programs team reminding you to have all your documents uploaded and completed on the DOC site.

  • If your documents all show as "Completed" on the DOC site, you have done everything you need to do and no further action on DOC will be required.
  • If any of your documents are showing as "To-Do", please complete that specific task as soon as possible.
